Jerry Lager has been involved in education for nearly 12 years, serving as teacher, assistant principal, and intern superintendent. Jerry has a passion for high needs students and has worked with the child and adolescent population at the San Marcos Treatment Center for nearly 15 years. Jerry earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, has completed the superintendent’s program, and is currently finishing his Ph.D. at Texas State University. He served in the United States Army prior to moving to Texas from his home state of Wisconsin. Jerry is an avid sports fan, and is married to his lovely wife, Brittany.
