Angel McKoy

Executive Officer to DSSL, DFW Area at International Leadership of Texas

With more than 20 years of experience in education, Dr. Angel McKoy has contributed across a broad range of roles, from elementary teaching to higher education. She has spent 11 years as a campus administrator, served 2 years as an Instructional Coach, and is currently serving as a Headquarters administrator. Today, she holds the position of Executive Officer to the Deputy Superintendent of School Leadership at International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas).

Dr. McKoy’s background spans early childhood education, high-needs campuses, comprehensive schools, and supporting campus administrators to create systems for success for students. As a servant leader, she is deeply committed to advocating for student success, driven by her unwavering belief in the transformative power of education.
