Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellations must be received in writing; please review the cancellation deadlines below:

  • If received by July 1, 2025 — 100% refund
  • There are no refunds after July 1, 2025, unless TPCSA cancels the conference, in which case all participants will be notified.
