Dr. Frederick Clarke currently serves as the Superintendent of Manara Academy in Irving/Arlington. He has been an educator for 28 years. During that time he has been a Teacher, Systems Operator, Instructional Technology Specialist, Assistant Principal, Principal, Executive Director, Executive Transformation Officer, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent. He has worked in 7 school districts in Michigan, Illinois and Texas. Dr. Clarke received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston, and a Ph. D. in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University.
