Credit Card, ACH, or check. TPCSA’s preferred method of payment is ACH/bank transfer. Please refer to your invoice for payment instructions.

Cancellation policy

Conference cancellations must be received in writing; please review the cancellation deadlines below:

  • If received by July 1, 2022—100% refund
  • After July 1, 2022, there are no refunds unless TPCSA cancels the conference. You can cancel or transfer a registration. Email conference@texascharterconference.com
